I am trying to send a college transcript request to Franciscan College of the Immaculate Conception. Where do I send it? I am also trying to send a High school transcript request to La Milagrosa Academy. I have been informed this school has burned down. Do you have an idea of where I would send this one too?

To the management of Fransciscan College of the Immaculate Conception; I am one of the great grand son of Father Esteban Justimbaste who became Monsigņor of Carigara Leyte. He was the brother of my grandmother Dolores Tobias Justimbaste from Guinarona, Dagami, Leyte. Can I request any scanned pictures of my late grandfather during his time in your school? More power to your school!
