Admission Requirements

For Basic Education

1. Kindergarteen
1. The child must be four years old for Kinder 1 and five
   years old for Kinder 2 at the beginning of the school year
   and/or in compliance withe the DECS Order of each year
2. Baptismal certificate
3. Certificate of Live Birth (NSO Authenticated)
4. Interview with the principal
2. Grade School
1. Applicant for Grade One must be six years old at the
   beginning of the school year and/or in compliance with the
   DECS Order of each year
2. Baptismal certificate
3. Certificate of Live Birth (NSO Authenticated)
4. Report card duly signed
5. Letter of recommendation from the former Principal (if
   deemed necessary)
6. In the case of aliens, two (2) photo copies of the Alien
   Certificate of Registration (ACR)
7. Enrolment form fully accomplished
8. Old pupil are required to submit the registration form
   fully accomplished and their report card
3. High School
   New Student and Transferees
1. Form 138 with a satisfactory grade in all subjects and conduct
2. Letter of recommendation for good moral character from the
   the School Head or Guidance Counselor of the the school last
   attended
3. Certificate of Live Birth (NSO Authenticated)

For College

Academic entrance examinations vary with the status of the
prospective student, the program in which he/she desires to enroll and the
requirements of the department. The College reserved the right to reject
an applicant whose qualification do not meet the standards and
requirements of the program and of the department

1. High School Graduates
   1. Original Form 138-A (H.S. Report Card)
   2. Birth Certificate (NSO Authenticated)
   3. Certificate of Good Moral
2. Transferees
1. a certification of honorable dismissal or transfer credential
   with informative copy of Transcript of Records
2. the original copy of the birth certificate (NSO authenticated)
3. a certificate of good moral character signed by the Dean or
   Head of School
4. Church marriage certificate if the student is married
5. a permit to study from the division Superintendent for public
   school teacher
6. a permit to study if the student intends to enroll for the
   summer only
